Who we are

This website is operated by Henrietta Broadway Ltd, trading as Broadway MarTech Partners (“we”, “us”), the controller of personal data collected through it.

What we collect

When you use our contact form we collect:

  • your full name, organisation and company email address
  • the service you are interested in and whether you would like a free MarTech audit
  • the content of your message

Cookies

We use our own privacy-friendly analytics to understand how this site is used. It is on unless you turn it off: under the statistical-purposes exemption in the UK Data (Use and Access) Act, first-party analytics kept for our own statistics may be set without prior consent. It runs on our own systems and sets no third-party cookies. Pseudonymised statistics are passed to Google Analytics, which processes them for our reporting only, never for advertising. Anything run by a third party is off until you allow it. Your choice is remembered in a first-party cookie named bmtp_consent for 12 months.

  • Necessary — needed for the site to work, including remembering your choice. Always on.
  • Our own analytics — counts visits and measures which pages are read, reported through Google Analytics. On by default; switch it off and collection stops.
  • Third-party analytics — measurement tools run by someone else that set their own cookies in your browser. Off unless you allow it.
  • Marketing — advertising and campaign measurement. Off unless you allow it.
  • Personalisation — tailors what you see to your interests. Off unless you allow it.

Switching our analytics off stops collection: the measurement script is not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time: .

Our hosting provider may keep short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site secure.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you ask, to discuss a MarTech audit or our services. Our lawful basis is the consent you give when submitting the form.

Who we share it with

Messages are delivered to us by email through our email delivery provider. Pseudonymised site statistics are processed by Google Analytics for our reporting. We never sell your data or share it with others for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and manage any resulting relationship.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time, through our contact page. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
